Nice breakfast buffet. Bed was comfortable, decent bathroom, AC worked well.

Drapes are old with missing grommets, making it difficult to pull closed. Railing on balcony is blistered and rusty, a health hazard. Location has a lot of road noise but the hotel can't change that.

The staff is nice and attentive, they gave us a nice replaced room with a view, Room 711 Aircon was functioning well and TV with all the alternative channels.

The first room 811 given to us was AWFUL!! it was not CLEAN AT ALL!.. It was disgusting, there was a used + dirty towel hanging in the Bathroom, the floor was wet, the lavatory was wet, clogged, and messy, and the toilet was unflushed with toilet paper in it. The linens in the bed were wet, not sure with the last guest and there were used slippers. The room was UNCLEAN and NOT PREPARED. The bedroom floor was not swept at all. I had to call the front desk about this, they were able to change our room to 711. Room 711 was clean and prepared but the only problem there was the clogged sink/lavatory, you had to wait for 2 minutes to drain the water but residue was still on the sink. There's no water heater either. Please please do some renovation and cleaning before assigning rooms. It seems your Room Maintenance is still manual and does not sync into a systematized database. Please improve your Hotel Room Management System. You may opt to modernize the manual system of the room assignment and room attendant system. You may need to suggest to the Management to improve your system or database and do some Renovation as well.

Checking in took quite a while. No Netflix on TV. Broken knob of the bathroom door. It was fixed tho after 2 calls. (Room 715) Remote of the TV was not working. It was not fixed tho. Nevertheless, TV was opened using the TV's button as per instruction of the room service. (Room 713) We got 2 rooms that were not side by side. Showers were not that hot.

The view from the room was great. Breakfast was also satisfactory, and the staff were all very nice and accommodating. They were easy to talk to and our concerns were adequately met and addressed. Would be happy to come stay here again.

The door knob to our room was not functioning at first so we had to wait until repairs were made to replace the battery before we could go in. This was unfortunate as we were in kind of a rush to get in to get ready for our event and leave.

The room window was so noisy. The wind sound coming in thru the window spaces makes so much noise, until i place a towel on it, then the wind noise was gone.

Location. Venue of our summit. Very convenient since it was rainy weather.

It is an older building so needs constant updating. Food is ok but not exceptional. Restaurant had no wine and one morning there was no cashier so I paid and change was brought to me several hours later.

You can hear vehicles passing by esp at night, spa and restaurant are not connected to the hotel (can’t charge spanand resto bills to your room), paint on the wall are peeling off, trash bins are so small, bathroom tissue tears when wet, very few pulls of facial tissue, cabinet smells old (didn’t risk hanging my clothes inside!), tiny laundry bag, room card keys missed three times (they had to reprogram it to open our door), cockroach inside girls bathroom in the lobby.

I booked my sister and her family, including a 6 year old and an infant, in your hotel last night. This is my treat to them as it is my birthday. When they arrived in your hotel from dinner, your air conditioning wasn’t working. My brother in law followed up twice, once around 11 pm and another at 1:30 am. Someone came to check the aircon and never came back. No one saw their urgency given that they had little children who couldn’t sleep through the night. My brother in law asked for an electric fan instead. This morning, upon hearing that they did not sleep through the night, I had called to demand an explanation and why a room was not offered. The receptionist said that a room was offered but he said “it was denied because the children were already sleeping.” And that an “engineer checked the room last night and the air conditioning was working.” I confirmed with my brother in law and no room was offered. Why would they say no to a better room? If an engineer came to check the room to say it was working, why did they send an electric fan? They only offered “late check out” for their trouble and not even a free room on their next visit or free breakfast? This is by far the worst service we have ever encountered from a hotel. We were looking for relaxing family time and all we got was no sleep and horrible hotel service. I will make sure this will get to the right ears.

The restaurant bar and staff were excellent. Just needs to stay open later so guests won't have to go elsewhere for libations

Windows to the rooms provide no insulation from the outside noise thus leaving guests tired and sleep deprived.

The location was ideal since I was attending a seminar was in the same hotel. Right along the main road where the public transportation is available. Ample parking area and not too far into the city that you have to travel far from one point to another.

Due to the climate in Tagaytay, the facilities are worn out and need updating. Hallways have marks of water leaks. Water damage can also be seen throughout the room - balcony and room door. The room itself was also musky due to the damp weather.

TV channels did not work properly. Could not accept my credit card payment after 4 tries although my card was working perfectly when I did shopping after check-in. Bar area/restaurant was not good at all. Not good value for money compared to other hotels in the area. Breakfast should be included for the price of stay.

I’m very disappointed. Summit Ridge is supposed to be a high class hotel since their rate are expensive. The front-desk receptionists are fine. I didn’t expected that after checking-in, no one assisted us. I don’t know if it is because we are only two persons or that’s their protocol. But most of the hotel that we tried, there is always a person in charge on assisting the customer(s) in their respective rooms and explaining the use of the facilities. Then comes the beddings, obviously didn’t changed the blankets and all. The bedsheet had a dead cockroach (even if it’s just a 1-1/2” in size) in it and stains. The aircon has a leak. Keeps dripping on the floor that is why i always requested for a floor mat. The drainage in the shower area needs to be fix. The service of house keeping needs a lot of improvement. Every requests took you about half an hour before they gave it to you. And if you’re booking online, the special requests section there are useless. Why put a box section there if it’s impossible to do it? Like if you are requesting for a connecting door for two rooms with a single king size bed. Even the glasses and tea pot are smelly and dirty. Also, poor wifi connection.

Breakfast was great! Easily accessible. Staff are very attentive.

Sheets had stains. Towels are not that fluffy anymore. Remote controls need to be replaced.
